10. Advising on central basis to all branches of Secretariat regarding annual salary increment, efficiency bar, pension, typing test, salary fixation etc for Review Officer/Assistant Review Officer/ Review Officer (Accounts)/ Assistant Review Officer (Accounts) of Secretariat.
