  2. Following work of above-mentioned officers/employees of the offices of Secretariat Administration, Vigilance and Confidential Departments, Externally-aided projects, Election Department, Ministers/ Ministers of State :
    • Preparation of arrangement letter
    • Maintenance of character rolls
    • Honorarium
    • Forwarding applications for external assignments.
    • Issuing of no-objection certificates
    • Giving permission for admission to educational classes
    • Advance from Provident Fund (temporary, final withdrawal and final payment)
    • Advance for house construction
    • Advance for house repairs
    • Advance for vehicle
    • Advance for computer
    • Holiday orders (medical, earned, encashment and payment at the time of retirement)
    • Payment of amount of group insurance
    • Reimbursement of medical expenses
    • Clearing of pay increment and efficiency bar and conducting typing test
    • Work related to bail
  3. All works related to Central Establishment of translators, re-examiners, typists, junior grade clerks and supervisors
  4. Publication of annual holiday list of the Secretariat and notice regarding amendments in this list
  5. Notice regarding sudden demise
  6. Special emergency leave
  7. Action against employees of the branch for coming late to the office
  8. Coordination work related to the Secretary Secretariat Administration Branch
  9. Grant to service unions and clubs
  10. Staff meeting
  11. Questions in Vidhan Sabha/Vidhan Parishad (coordination work related to questions of all sections under the Secretary, and transfer of questions to the section concerned)
  12. Providing the consumer card of Uttar Pradesh State Employees Welfare Corporation to officers/employees of the branch (including the retired officers/employees)
  13. Providing the medicine distribution booklet to officers/employees of the branch
  14. Assistance to the family of the deceased officer/employee of the branch from the Uttar Pradesh Relief Fund
  15. Coordination work of the branch related to the meeting of the Secretaries’ committee
  16. Giving selection grade to Class III employees of the branch
  17. All Establishment work related to officers and employees except Class IV employees of the Secretariat Library
